DESCRIPTION:The Dads Lunch is back! \nThis year our Club Legend Jacko will be joined on the panel with special guest Matthew ‘Richo’ Richardson (yes Tigers’ fans\, the one and only Richo) and our own Shark Dad Jonathan Brown (3 x Premiership Player\, Captain of the Big V and media personality). \nThis year the Sharks will be supporting Richo and his Windermere Trek on the Kokoda Trail to End Family Violence https://www.windermere.org.au/news/kokoda-journey. We will be donating $20 from each ticket to the cause. \nWe will have the normal fundraising activities of an auction\, door prizes and table raffles.  If you have anything (eg weekend away at your holiday house) or your business has anything to donate for the auction or prizes\, please contact Kate on info@camberwellsharks.com.au. DESCRIPTION:The Dom Tyson Academy offers development opportunities for talented junior footballers at our club. \nThe Academy will be run by Barry Mitchell (11 Years as an AFL Assistant Coach) and is designed for Sharks players in U12 and up with a high level of skill and fitness and is an invitation only event. \nThis year the Academy will be run over 2 full days of the school holidays at Shark Park with both Dom Tyson and Jamie McMillan attending\, current AFL players and ex Sharks juniors. \nThe days will include plenty of ball work and game sense drills at a high level\, and also 30 minute presentations by each club sponsors as listed below:\n– Back In Motion:  Injury prevention – stretching\, warm up\, warm down \n– Camberwell Sports & Spinal Medicine:  Podiatry – running\, the correct footwear and protecting your feet \n– Vision Personal Training:  Boxing\, strength and conditioning \n– The Simple Lunchbox:  Game day Nutrition \nFor more information on this event\, please contact info@camberwellsharks.com.au \n—————————————————————– \nDom Tyson spent nine years of his junior footy at the Camberwell Sharks Junior Football Club\, before being drafted to GWS Giants in 2011 and has been with Melbourne Demons since 2014. \nThe Academy has been named in his honour and its aim is to offer development opportunities for talented junior footballers at our club.  Players from U12s and above are selected and invited to train with the Academy. DESCRIPTION:The Dom Tyson Academy offers development opportunities for talented junior footballers at our club. \nThe Academy will be run by Barry Mitchell (11 Years as an AFL Assistant Coach) and is designed for Sharks players in U12 and up with a high level of skill and fitness and is an invitation only event. \nThis year the Academy will be run over 2 full days of the school holidays at Shark Park with both Dom Tyson and Jamie McMillan attending\, current AFL players and ex Sharks juniors. \nThe days will include plenty of ball work and game sense drills at a high level\, and also 30 minute presentations by each club sponsors as listed below:\n– Back In Motion:  Injury prevention – stretching\, warm up\, warm down \n– Camberwell Sports & Spinal Medicine:  Podiatry – running\, the correct footwear and protecting your feet \n– Vision Personal Training:  Boxing\, strength and conditioning \n– The Simple Lunchbox:  Game day Nutrition \nFor more information on this event\, please contact info@camberwellsharks.com.au \n—————————————————————– \nDom Tyson spent nine years of his junior footy at the Camberwell Sharks Junior Football Club\, before being drafted to GWS Giants in 2011 and has been with Melbourne Demons since 2014. \nThe Academy has been named in his honour and its aim is to offer development opportunities for talented junior footballers at our club.  Players from U12s and above are selected and invited to train with the Academy. Barry Mitchell is assisting in the coaching and development of our players in the Academy.
