Isn’t the season flying! We’ve had two very successful nights for our recent monthly medals – May and June! Thank you to everyone involved in getting the nights up and running and volunteering on the night.
MAY MONTHLY MEDAL NIGHT
Katie Lynch was a great role model to show the girls and boys of our club what perseverance and strength can lead to from a young Sharks tacker to AFLW Collingwood player. Jacko did a great job firing questions to Katie about her time at Sharks, her pathway and then on to the big AFLW grounds.
Congratulations to all the 100 and 50 milestone game players, the YJFL Rep sides and the monthly medal winners for the month of May.
JUNE MONTHLY MEDAL NIGHT
Ben McEvoy was certainly a presence at Shark Park along side Jonathan Brown as they announced the monthly medal winners. The Sharks players and parents alike were given an insight into the great Ben McEvoy and his AFL story. What another great role model for all our players!
