Nobody knows the value of blood donations better than the countless people in Australia who rely on them. In fact, 1 in 3 will need donated blood in their lifetime.
That’s a lot of us here at Camberwell Sharks.
That’s just one of the reasons we’re taking part in the Tertiary Blood Drive from 1 March to 31 May
Together, we can make a real difference.
We’re taking part through Australian Red Cross Lifeblood’s group donation program, Lifeblood Teams. And our club will be coming together to be part of something bigger. Something for the community. Something that changes lives.
Count yourself in
Whether you’ve been giving blood for decades or you’ve just started thinking about it, it’s the perfect time to join our Lifeblood Team. Our supportive group makes donating easier (and more fun!). You can donate together with the team or on your own — it all counts towards our team’s blood drive goal and helps our community.
We’re aiming to give 20 donations during the drive. Let’s see just how much impact we can have.
How to get involved
- Donors (existing or new) login at www.lifeblood.com.au
- Click the ‘Teams Tab’
- Start inputting your Lifeblood Team name: “Yarra Junior Football League (YJFL) Camberwell JFC”
- Follow the steps to donate
