It was such a success and such a big day, its taken us this long to put up the Post!
An afternoon with Club Legend Jacko and AFL legends Browny and Richo at the Kingston Hotel in Richmond for the Dad’s Lunch – ticks all the boxes for a successful day!
Club Legend, Jacko, did a great job organising the event and having Jonathan Brown and Matthew ‘Richo’ Richardson on the panel to entertain the Dads over lunch and a few beverages kept the men happy!
The Auction and Raffle proved a great part of the lunch with funds raised towards the footy budget for Season 2019, and wouldn’t have been so fruitful without the talent of Club Umpire Coordinator come Auctioneer, Peter Curtin! We also raised over 3K for Windermere an organisation that works hard to end family violence. If you wish to make a donation to support Richo and his Windermere Trek on the Kokoda Trail to End Family Violence head to his donation page – https://www.windermere.org.au/news/kokoda-journey
Thank you to all the businesses and parents who made donations for the Auction, Raffle and Door Prizes, without your support the Dad’s Lunch wouldn’t be able to raise the funds they have to make our Club even better and stronger for Season 2019. Please support our supporters with the list below in no particular order.
